Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely repackage your items in their original boxes.
Drop Off Package
Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the fragile contents are well-protected for the journey.
Receive Refund or Credit
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
